Suggested for all skin types. On sensitive skin, we suggest using less pressure whilst massaging.

Apply 1-2 times a week, on face and neck, after dampening. Massage in, concentrating on the thicker areas, and rinse with plenty of warm water. To increase the exfoliating effect, we suggest leaving it on for 5 minutes before massaging.
