Apply a generous amount of the product to the skin before exposure to the sun. The skin must be completely protected,
even the hidden and hard-to-reach areas. The correct amount? about 2 milligrams
per square centimetre of skin.

FREQUENCY OF APPLICATION

Repeat the application as needed: every two
hours, especially after swimming, sweating, getting wet or dry.
