How do I place an order?
A virtual basket will enable you to browse through the website and select all the products of interest. Each product sheet page contains the option of adding it to your basket, which can be filled with everything you need. During your visit, you can check the contents of your basket by clicking on the icon on the button bar. When you’ve found everything you were looking for, just check out as if you were in an actual store and pay following the simple instructions provided: nothing could be easier! Warning: before confirming your order, make sure the data provided is correct.
How can I order more than one copy per item?
Should you wish to order more units of a single product, you can vary the quantity in your basket. Just change the number in the Quantity field.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for any reason and at any time before the products ordered have been shipped. simply send an email message to shoponline@termecomano.it , inserting the word 'Cancellation' in the subject and indicating the title of the product and the order reference number in the text of the message.
Payment information
How do you pay?
Terme di Comano accepts both cash on delivery and credit card payments.
Cash on delivery
This type of payment is only available for shipments delivered in Italy and is charged € 4.00.
The amount due must be paid in cash upon delivery of the goods. We recommend preparing the exact amount indicated in the order confirmation e-mail, as couriers don’t carry change.
Credit card
You can pay via credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) directly on the website when placing the order. All order, personal and credit card details are strictly protected.
Can I send an order to a different address?
Yes, just click on “Different shipping address?” when placing your order and enter the address. Prices of the products sold online include V.A.T. and all other taxes or dutie.
