The initiative is promoted by Azienda Consorziale Terme di Comano and is aimed at all users who can be classified as consumers and/or non-professional individuals accessing the website https://www.termecomanoskincare.it/ and who, having reached the age of 18 (eighteen), perform one or more of the activities listed above.

The initiative does not constitute a prize competition under the provisions of D.P.R. 430/2001, as each promotional offer falls under the exclusions provided by Article 6, letters (c), (c-bis), or (d) of the aforementioned D.P.R., and specifically, by way of example but not limited to: discounts on the price of products of the same kind, additional quantities of products of the same kind, vouchers to be used on a subsequent purchase, items of minimal value.

It is specified that if, within the same economic transaction, the user-consumer purchases a number of products that is a multiple of the one indicated and/or exceeds the minimum spending threshold, they will in any case be entitled to receive only one single discount and/or gadget and/or other free product.

With reference to activities involving the receipt of an email containing a discount code, it is specified that it will be sent to the user-consumer within 24 hours following the end of the promotional period.

With reference to activities involving the receipt of gadgets and/or other products, these will be included in the same shipment as the purchased products: in this case, the delivery time may be affected by the selected shipping method and/or other circumstances beyond the control of Azienda Terme di Comano (by way of example and not limited to, causes depending on the specific carrier entrusted with the shipment).
