Can I return a product after receiving it?
Purchases made on the Terme di Comano website are governed by the Italian mail-order law and are intended to provide customers with a quality service and guarantee full satisfaction. If you have made a mistake in your order and received an item you did not want, you have 10 days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility to return the product. We will accept the return of any item without hesitation, provided it is undamaged and in perfect condition, and refund the full amount (except for packaging and shipping costs, as provided for by Italian law).
Include a copy of the delivery note in the
return parcel, which must be correctly packaged, and send it to:
