The technical characteristics of the Products are provided in the data sheets.
The Products sold by Terme di Comano are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree 24/2002 on the sale and warranty of consumer goods and, to the extent not expressly provided for therein, to the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable national laws. The Customer is the holder of the rights under Art. 1519 bis et seq. of the Civil Code.
The warranty applies to Products with conformity defects and/or malfunctions that could not be detected at the time of purchase, provided that the Products are used correctly and with due diligence, and that the various operating rules specified therein are observed.
The warranty does not apply in the event of negligence, or carelessness on the part of the Customer in the use of the Products.
Terme di Comano shall not be liable for any disservices attributable to force majeure and/or fortuitous events such as accidents, thefts and/or robberies of the courier in charge of delivery, fires, explosions, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract in the times and manners agreed herein. Therefore, under no circumstances may compensation be claimed from the Supplier for any damages, losses and costs, of whatever nature, that may be incurred by the Customer or its assignees as a result of the aforementioned causes. In such cases, the customer shall only be entitled to a refund of the price paid.
Terme di Comano is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards that may be made by the Customer or third parties when paying for the products purchased.
