Terme di Comano only ships its products to Italy.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over € 39.90. A fixed fee of € 4.00 is charged for orders paid cash on delivery.
If your purchased items are not delivered to you within the period specified above, please contact shoponline@termecomano.it. We will monitor the situation through the competent delivery company.
Products are shipped within 1-3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a non-delivery notice with a telephone number, inviting the Customer to call within 48 hours from the indicated date of non-delivery. After the expiry of this period, the courier shall be entitled to claim the incurred storage costs from the Customer.
